- Underground Lot: $125/month Our underground parkade is monitored & has controlled access (Max Height: 6’9″)
- Outdoor Lot: $75/month Our outdoor lot is surface level and monitored
- Stalls are assigned and rented on a monthly basis
- Tenant must provide payment by the due date to complete parking assignment
- Parking is non-refundable when the term has begun. If a term has not yet begun, parking payments can be refunded upon request
- If your license plate # or vehicle information changes throughout your tenancy, you must update your information on file or you could be towed
- Power for block heaters is not available
